Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
A deep understanding of backend system design, API development, databases (both relational and NoSQL), and performance optimization is required.
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable systems, including microservices and event-driven architecture, is essential.
A tech-agnostic mindset is necessary, with comfort in evaluating and working across multiple stacks.
Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working with CI/CD pipelines is required.
Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot as part of the development workflow is a must.
Strong leadership skills, including a track record of mentoring engineers and conducting design reviews, are essential.
A background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven applications is preferred.
