Remote Technical Lead React and Node

Description:

• 3PILLAR GLOBAL is seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in React and Node for their APAC Product Development team.
• The role is full-time and remote, focusing on building breakthrough software products that drive revenue and customer growth.
• The Technical Lead will independently guide the technical direction and implementation by the team within defined architecture from conceptualization to deployment.
• Responsibilities include evaluating trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact, ensuring client success.
• The candidate will create and lead the team's technical documentation and repository management practices, including managing branches, pull requests, and merges.
• Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams is essential to provide oversight of architecture and dependencies influencing product strategy.
• The role involves contributing to code reviews, documentation, and addressing complex bug fixes with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
• The Technical Lead will mentor Senior Engineers and others through Communities of Practice or project teams, supporting the growth of technical capabilities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a full-stack mobile engineer, with proficiency in specified technologies.
• Professional experience in React development using modern JavaScript stacks/frameworks/technologies for 3-5 years.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript design patterns and best practices is required.
• Development experience with languages such as Node.js, Java, Python, and C# is necessary.
• Professional knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, vuex, MobX, or ngrx, with at least 2 closed projects and 1-2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker) and microservice architecture projects is essential.
• High-level knowledge of HTTP Protocol and standard data exchange protocols is required.
• Hands-on experience in building responsive layouts is necessary.
• Professional knowledge of automated testing (unit testing, end-to-end testing) is required.
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript engines, CSS3, CSS processors (Sass), and CSS in JS is necessary.
• Experience in building, packaging, and deploying line-of-business applications and SaaS solutions using tools like gulp, grunt, Webpack, and Jenkins is required.
• Experience in performance optimization, including detecting, removing, and preventing bottlenecks, caching, and lazy-loading is necessary.
• Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs is required.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using CircleCI is essential.
• A good understanding of clean code principles and SOLID design is required.
• UX skills and proficiency in TypeScript are desired.
• Demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers is necessary.
• Proficiency in practicing and being responsible for code reviews is required.
• A high level of English proficiency is necessary for interaction with a globally-based development team.
• Experience leading Agile software development methodologies is required.
• Demonstrated experience in adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs is necessary.
• Ability to verify/validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture beyond the team is required.
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to create and implement scalable, secure, and performant enterprise-level systems is essential.
• Very good knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns is required.
