Requirements:
The candidate must have experience in building and managing an engineering team, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
A high-performance, positive, and inclusive team culture must be fostered, promoting collaboration and innovation while maintaining team morale.
The candidate should have full-stack development experience, particularly with technologies such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Elixir, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and GraphQL.
Experience with SQL-based databases and infrastructure as code technologies like Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS is required.
The candidate must have at least 3 years of direct management experience and 4-6 years of experience in full-stack web service development.
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) is necessary.
The candidate should have experience developing data access layers using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Benefits:
This is a remote role available as either a full-time employee with a gross salary of MX$129,000/month or as a contractor with a gross salary of MX$167,750/month.
