• The Technical Lead will oversee the design and implementation of AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn, integrating them into scalable SaaS applications.
• They will design and manage microservices architectures with cloud integration on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Conducting thorough code reviews with an emphasis on scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards is essential.
• The role includes managing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI and SaaS products.
• Collaboration with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions is required.
• The Technical Lead will drive the adoption of best practices in data management, utilizing SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for efficient and reliable data storage solutions.
• Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives is necessary.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in backend development and software engineering.
• Extensive experience in leading and mentoring technical teams is necessary.
• Advanced skills in Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI are required.
• Expertise in designing and architecting AI and microservices architectures is essential.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is required.
• Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
