Jobgether is seeking a Technical Lead (Rust/C++) for a remote position in UK or Europe.
This role involves leading a team of engineers to develop high-performance trading systems in a fast-paced environment.
The Technical Lead will oversee the architecture and delivery of scalable, low-latency platforms primarily developed in Rust.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as Product, Research, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment and technical excellence.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Proven expertise in Rust or C++ is essential, with a willingness to transition to Rust if necessary.
Experience in building scalable, high-performance trading or real-time systems is required.
Familiarity with Node.js, Python, and real-time data pipelines is considered a plus.
Deep knowledge of AWS cloud environments, Kubernetes, and GitOps workflows is necessary.
A strong grasp of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and software architecture best practices is required.
Experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams in dynamic environments is essential.
Domain knowledge in financial systems or crypto trading is highly desirable.
