Remote Technical Lead, Software Engineer_ Node.js, React.js & AWS

Description:

• 3Pillar Global is seeking a Technical Lead, Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to join their Product Development team in India.
• The role is fully remote and involves guiding the technical direction and implementation of projects from conceptualization to deployment.
• Responsibilities include evaluating trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact, ensuring client success.
• The candidate will create and lead the team's technical documentation and repository management practices, including managing branches, pull requests, and merges.
• Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams is essential to provide oversight of architecture and dependencies influencing product strategy.
• The role also involves contributing to code reviews, documentation, and addressing complex bug fixes with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
• The candidate will mentor Senior Engineers and others through Communities of Practice or project teams, supporting the growth of technical capabilities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with proficiency in Node.js, React, AWS, and Typescript.
• High level of English proficiency is required to interact with a globally-based development team.
• Experience leading Agile software development methodologies is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs is required.
• Ability to verify and validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture beyond the team is necessary.
• High-level design proficiency following UML, C4, or ArchiMate is preferred.
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to create and implement scalable, secure, and performant enterprise-level systems is required.
• Demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization is essential.
• Very good knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP is required.
• Additional desired experience includes setting technical strategy across teams, refining technical details for User Stories, providing technical orchestration, building CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge of Cloud Native applications.
