3Pillar Global is seeking a Technical Lead, Software Engineer with expertise in Python and Go lang for a full-time remote position in India.
The role involves guiding the technical direction and implementation of projects from conceptualization to deployment.
Responsibilities include evaluating trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure client success.
The candidate will create and lead the team's technical documentation and repository management practices.
Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams is essential to provide oversight of architecture and dependencies influencing product strategy.
The role includes contributing to code reviews, documentation, and addressing complex bug fixes with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
The candidate will mentor Senior Engineers and support the growth of technical capabilities within the Engineering Practice community.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Python Engineer, with proficiency in Python and its frameworks (5+ years).
Experience with multithreaded/multiprocessing systems and at least 1 year of experience with GoLang.
Proficiency in FastAPI, Pydentic, AWS, Azure, Docker, and MLOps (good to have).
High level of English proficiency is required for interaction with a globally-based development team.
Experience leading Agile software development methodologies and adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs.
Ability to verify/validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture beyond the team.
High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate.
Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, secure, and performant enterprise-level systems.
Demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.
Very good knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP.
Additional desired experience includes setting technical strategy across teams, refining technical details for User Stories, providing technical orchestration, building CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge of Cloud Native applications.
