Description:

  • Cadmus, a global EdTech company, is seeking Technical Leads with at least 8 years of industry experience to support their growth.
  • The Technical Leads will work on multiple codebases, architect solutions, build fundamental systems, and enhance engineering teams.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring product features are reliable, performant, and scalable to deliver a high-quality experience for users worldwide.
  • Technical Leads will participate in architectural discussions, lead engineering design meetings, organize work breakdowns, and prioritize tasks.
  • They must effectively manage time, adhere to development timelines, reflect on factors slowing down the team, and implement solutions for product development.
  • Mentoring teammates, fostering team unity, and pursuing excellence in product delivery are essential aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • Build and deploy internal and external applications using modern front-end technologies, server-side languages, databases, cloud services, and APIs.
  • Drive high-level architectural discussions, lead engineering design meetings, and organize work breakdowns.
  • Manage multiple demands on time effectively, between solution design, team asks, and coding tasks.
  • Ensure development timelines are met, reflect on factors slowing down the team, and implement effective solutions.
  • Mentor teammates, foster team unity, and pursue excellence in product delivery.
