Description:
Cadmus is seeking Technical Leads with at least 8 years of industry experience to support their growth in providing high-quality learning and assessment solutions for the higher education sector.
The Technical Lead will be responsible for building and deploying internal and external applications using modern technologies, architecting solutions, planning engineering tasks, managing time effectively, and ensuring development timelines are met.
The successful candidate will mentor teammates, drive team culture and personal development, and demonstrate behaviours such as independently developing robust solutions, making hard decisions convincingly, and reflecting on ways to optimize the development process.

Requirements:
Build and deploy internal and external applications using modern front-end technologies, server-side languages, databases, cloud services, and APIs.

Effectively manage multiple demands on time, prioritize work, and ensure development timelines are met.
Reflect on factors slowing down the team, implement solutions, and build team unity and motivation.
Mentor teammates, help level up the team, and understand the unique asks of an early-stage startup.
