Description:

Hugging Face is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer for their Web Platform in a remote capacity for the EMEA region.
The role involves supporting customers in building and debugging integrations on the Hugging Face Hub and assisting internal team members with Hub usage.
Responsibilities include providing support through various channels such as email, ticketing software, community platforms, and real-time chat software.
The engineer will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hugging Face Hub features and may need to dive into the codebase to assist customers.
The position requires developing and maintaining documentation and examples that demonstrate usage patterns of the Hugging Face Hub.
The engineer will also support the internal use of the Hub and assist non-technical support team members with advanced support requests.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2 years of full-stack software development experience with Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, and MongoDB technologies.
A strong understanding of writing clean code in multiple programming languages and the ability to read less well-written code is required.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary, as the role involves interacting with many people simultaneously.
Candidates should enjoy solving open-ended problems both individually and as part of a team.
Direct experience in discussing technical concepts and explaining the Hugging Face Hub to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
A passion for continuous learning and the ability to empathize with users of varying experience levels is important.
