Description:
Kiddom is an innovative educational platform focused on promoting student equity and growth through high-quality instructional materials and dynamic digital learning.
The Technical Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in onboarding customers and will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.
Responsibilities include designing and developing technical solutions tailored to K-12 clients, collaborating with product management and engineering teams, and leading architectural discussions.
The role involves serving as a primary technical advisor for school districts, assisting in pre-sales engagements, and developing comprehensive documentation to support implementation.
The Technical Solutions Architect will engage with educational leaders to understand their goals and challenges, partner with implementation teams, and stay updated on emerging trends in the K-12 EdTech space.
The position requires creating business cases for changes to Kiddom’s integration offerings and participating in internal enablement sessions for the GTM team.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in technical solution design or architecture, with at least 3 years in the K-12 EdTech industry.
Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions for large educational organizations is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A proven track record of leading technical discussions, managing multiple projects, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment is required.
Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other educational platforms is mandatory.
Experience with single sign-on (SSO) solutions, identity management, and user provisioning is needed.
Prior experience in a product management or technical consulting role within the EdTech space is preferred.
