Description:
Knorex, an advertising technology MNC, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers using their Knorex XPOâ„¢ platform.
The role involves resolving technical issues, providing guidance, and supporting customers using the cloud-based Universal Marketing platform.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, following SLA/SOP, and participating in night shifts.
The position requires working with systems, software, and cloud technologies, documenting solutions, and contributing to knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Support Engineer (Backend).
Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, and MySQL for backend development.
Familiarity with Hibernate, NodeJS, and MongoDB is desirable.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and solve problems effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Resourceful, analytical, and able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
Diploma in a relevant field, preferably Computer Science or IT.
Preferred qualifications include customer service experience, SaaS/B2B product environment experience, and knowledge of digital advertising technologies.
