Description:

  • Knorex, an advertising technology MNC, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers using their Knorex XPOâ„¢ platform.
  • The role involves resolving technical issues, providing guidance, and supporting customers using the cloud-based Universal Marketing platform.
  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, following SLA/SOP, and participating in night shifts.
  • The position requires working with systems, software, and cloud technologies, documenting solutions, and contributing to knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Support Engineer (Backend).
  • Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, and MySQL for backend development.
  • Familiarity with Hibernate, NodeJS, and MongoDB is desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Resourceful, analytical, and able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Diploma in a relevant field, preferably Computer Science or IT.
  • Preferred qualifications include customer service experience, SaaS/B2B product environment experience, and knowledge of digital advertising technologies.
