Description:

Riveron is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in generative AI applications to develop and optimize comprehensive machine learning pipelines.
The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient large language models (LLMs) tailored to meet the diverse needs of enterprise clients.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying innovative generative AI models, leading the training and fine-tuning of LLMs, and enhancing performance through effective prompt engineering.
The engineer will identify and mitigate model inaccuracies and hallucinations in generated content, collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build robust AI solutions, and conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI technologies.
Maintaining high-quality code while following best practices in software development and AI model deployment is essential.
The engineer will stay current with advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, mentor junior engineers, and communicate project progress and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Graduation in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing is required.
Proficiency in programming with Python and hands-on experience with key ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is essential.
Expertise in generative AI LLM models and frameworks, along with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks, is necessary.
A solid background in designing and deploying AI applications, along with familiarity with MLOps practices and tools, is required.
Candidates should excel in problem-solving and be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,00,000 to ₹28,00,000 a year.
