Remote Temp Solutions Engineer

Description:

• We are a cross-functional technical team that blends backend, frontend, data engineering, machine learning, data science, and product.
• Our team works closely with sales, product, clinical, and customer success teams to rapidly iterate the Platform and delight clinicians and patients.
• The Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary Integration Engineer for the client IRIS Image Capture platform.
• This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST, with the possibility of Saturday hours if needed.
• Responsibilities include integrating with third-party Practice Management Systems and Imaging Systems.
• The role involves installing the client IRIS Image Capture platform on customer workstation environments via remote sessions.
• The Solutions Engineer will utilize a combination of cloud-based and open-source tools and frameworks to solve complex data problems.
• Configuring the client IRIS Image Capture platform to allow seamless customer transition into our product and away from other long-standing industry competitor products is essential.
• The engineer will write efficient and scalable code, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues is a key responsibility.
• The role requires working cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and customer success teams to streamline the onboarding support processes for our IRIS customers.
• The ability to be "on-call" during non-working hours periodically, as needed and planned for by the team, is required.

Requirements:

• An excellent academic background in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of SaaS experience is necessary.
• Experience with third-party software integration or solutions engineering is essential.
• Experience with Dental Practice Management Systems and Imaging Systems is a nice-to-have.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English is mandatory.
