Remote Testing Software Engineer

• They are seeking an experienced Testing Software Engineer to work on solutions for farm fields, collaborating with the team on Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems.
• The role involves reviewing tests, monitoring and correcting flakey tests, and ensuring the automated test system supports a fast-paced development environment.
• The position requires working with multi-functional engineering teams in systems, embedded software, test and QA, mechatronics, computer vision, and machine learning.
• The team is encouraged to overcome challenges, plan, and prioritize work independently.

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in software development in test.
• Should have 2+ years of experience in building test infrastructure, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging multi-faceted systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Linux is required.
• Ability to set up CI/CD workflows in Github Actions or similar systems.
• Capable of independently handling mid-sized software development tasks.
• Should be able to engage in technical implementation conversations and make proposals.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is necessary for a bilingual environment.
