Description:
The Multiplayer Group (MPG) specializes in creating high-quality multiplayer experiences through Co-Dev and Full-Dev projects.

As a Senior Game Designer, you will develop and deliver gameplay features for AAA projects in collaboration with high-profile co-development partners.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing game and level designs, iterating them into high-quality playables.
The role involves acting as an interface between design and engineering teams, helping to develop, iterate, and maintain new features and tools.
Key responsibilities include taking ownership of player character mechanics, creating game systems, supporting level creation, implementing mechanics, testing new features, and fixing design bugs.
Requirements:
A wealth of knowledge in contemporary games and design solutions is required to enhance your designs and share insights with the team.
Extensive experience in the games industry, specifically having contributed to at least one AAA title for console and/or PC.
Experience in technical design, level design, or scripting is necessary.
Proficiency in prototyping gameplay mechanics using Unreal Engine Blueprints is required.
Excellent verbal, written, and diagrammatic communication skills, along with experience in wiki-based design documentation, are essential.
Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive outlook, are needed.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
Ability to understand and communicate in technical language is necessary.
Experience with JIRA task management is required.
Additional helpful experience includes a generalist role in game design, knowledge of meta/monetization mechanisms for Free-to-Play design, and UI/UX design experience.
