Xsolla is seeking a Three.js/WebGL Developer who is innovative, technically skilled, and passionate about immersive digital experiences to join their Creative Technology team.
The role involves developing cutting-edge WebGL, AR, and VR solutions for marketing, gaming, and digital campaigns.
Candidates should have strong WebGL development expertise, creative technology consulting skills, and deep knowledge of 3D graphics principles.
Responsibilities include designing and developing WebGL, AR, and VR solutions using Three.js, GSAP, A-Frame, 8th Wall, and Zappar.
The developer will implement creative direction and development of immersive digital experiences for marketing, gaming, and user acquisition campaigns.
The role requires managing AR/VR/WebGL production and project development, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery.
The developer will also oversee UX/UI, art direction, and 3D design for digital projects, ensuring innovation and user engagement.
Collaboration with marketing teams to drive creative strategies for digital advertising and in-game branding is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5 years of experience with WebGL and JavaScript.
A strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is required.
Experience with graphic libraries and frameworks such as Three.js and Babylon.js is necessary.
Familiarity with WebGL Inspector for debugging is essential.
Understanding of GLSL and experience with shader programming is required.
Knowledge of computer graphics principles, including lighting, texturing, and animation, is necessary.
The ability to optimize and enhance the performance of graphic applications is essential.
Excellent command of the English language is required.
Experience in designing application architectures, identifying problem areas, and solving issues is necessary.
Experience in the gaming industry or in developing visual effects is preferred.
