Description:

You will use best-in-class software development processes to ship code, even in your first week.
You will contribute to the overall quality, performance, and reliability of the client's product, ensuring it scales effectively across many dimensions.
You will collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to shape product strategy and lead initiatives from concept to research, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
You will market and create content for your work, such as posting on LinkedIn, writing blogs, and recording tutorials.
You will monitor, engage, and support our Slack community.
Some projects you could work on include building workflows to improve data synchronization from Slack workspaces of new customers, building out headless Hono REST APIs on Cloudflare, adding analytics for customers on their members’ engagement in Slack and on the companion forums site, integrating entitlements, feature flags, and Stripe connections into the platform to support PLG motions, open-sourcing React components/SDKs to unlock fully customizable UIs, creating a Salesforce integration to connect a community’s member activity to your CRM, improving the performance and scalability of the NextJS companion forums site, and adding user-facing interactivity capabilities to the companion forums site.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Javascript and Typescript is required.
Proficiency in SQL and Postgres is required.
Extensive experience building large-scale web apps with React or another JS framework is required.
You must have effectively integrated AI into your developer workflow to maximize your personal output.
Experience building on the Cloudflare Workers ecosystem, including R2, KV, queues, and workflows, is required.
It is nice to have experience in app development on Slack or Salesforce-related platforms.
It is also nice to have worked at a high-growth SaaS company.
