Remote TO- Lead AI Engineer

Description:

• Empirical is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join their team in Latin America for a full-time position.
• The role involves leading Generative AI development initiatives to ensure innovative AI solutions meet strategic objectives.
• The AI Engineer will design and implement an LLM-based Agent to assist users in acquiring and fulfilling various services.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, researching and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies, and communicating AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The position also involves mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and monitoring AI model performance for improvements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including agent design, development, and deployment.
• Experience with LLMs and integrating AI solutions into web and backend systems is essential.
• Hands-on experience implementing LLM-powered agents and related solutions (RAG, Tool Use, ReAct, etc.) is required.
• Candidates should have experience integrating with cloud AI services, frameworks, and tools.
• Demonstrable experience with the LangChain framework, HuggingFace models, Vector Database, and related technologies is necessary.
• Experience working with vector databases like Pinecone or alternatives is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences are required.
