Description:
Triper Israel is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Travel Data Analyst to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting travel-related data to inform business strategies and improve client offerings in the travel industry.
Your ability to transform complex data into actionable insights will play a key role in enhancing our decision-making process and optimizing travel services.
Your contributions will help shape our understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and operational efficiencies, ultimately driving the success of our travel clients.
Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating travel data from various sources.
You will perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in travel behaviors.
You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights on travel metrics.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies is essential.
Conducting market research to support client initiatives and pinpoint opportunities for growth is part of the role.
You will monitor key performance indicators and report findings to management.
Supporting ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed is also required.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
You must have 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the travel or hospitality sectors.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python is necessary.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail are essential.
Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively are needed.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is important.
Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and methodologies is required.
