Remote UBIX Software Engineer

Description:

• The UBIX Software Engineer position at FIS Global in Tunisia is a full-time role for an experienced individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering.
• The role involves designing and developing new margin algorithms, core features of FIS CD Margin Advisor web application, and margin integration in UBIX Backoffice.
• Responsibilities include ensuring product quality through unit tests, performance benchmarking, documentation, and training material, collaborating with stakeholders, providing production support, and software maintenance.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Java programming, familiarity with front-end languages and frameworks, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Additional experience in Java and Angular development, as well as a basic understanding of financial products, is a bonus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of Java programming language.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good coding techniques and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and proficiency in English.
• Proven working experience in Java and Angular development is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial products is advantageous.
