Description:

We are looking for a UI Engineer to join our team and help create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing frontend interfaces for Dora products.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design and frontend development.
The candidate should fully appreciate the fact that god is in the details.
All positions of Dora team are fully remote for this moment.
Responsibilities include crafting user interfaces for web products, working with stakeholders to ensure that user interfaces meet specifications and requirements, developing and maintaining UI documentation and design systems, researching and incorporating the latest UI trends and technologies into web products, and collaborating with developers, designers, and the growth team to ensure that the final product meets all specifications and requirements.

Requirements:

The candidate must be fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required).
A Bachelor’s degree in Human–computer Interaction, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Media Arts and Science, or related fields is required.
The candidate should have experience as a UI/UX engineer, design engineer, or front-end engineer with advanced technical proficiency.
Proficiency in state-of-the-art front-end libraries and frameworks, such as React/Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, etc., is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
The candidate must be passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
Familiarity with trending design tools, such as Figma and Framer, is expected.
