Remote UI Engineer

Description:

• DoiT International is seeking a UI Engineer to join their UX Team remotely in Israel.
• The UI Engineer will be responsible for owning and shaping the front-end aspects of the DoiT Design System.
• Responsibilities include developing reusable React components, collaborating with UX Designers and Engineers, and leading the adoption of the Design system within DoiT.
• The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and contribute to the development and refinement of best practices.

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience with React, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, Material UI, WCAG, and web usability.
• Experience in building responsive layouts and creating/maintaining Design Systems using Storybook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and educate peers and stakeholders.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to keep up-to-date with industry trends and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of Figma and Jira tooling, deep understanding of UX principles, and eagerness to learn and develop professional competencies.
