Description:
As a UI/UX Creative Lead, you will be responsible for executing groundbreaking projects for global customers while shaping the creative vision of Supersideโs Web Services team.
You will have the opportunity to influence design strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries across core service areas, including Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design.
You will oversee the execution of creative projects, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
Acting as the primary creative point of contact for customers, you will provide strategic insights, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.
You will review and provide actionable feedback on deliverables, ensuring creative consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
Proper scoping, quoting, and planning of projects will be your responsibility, along with resource allocation and timeline management.
You will leverage AI-powered workflows and other advanced tools to optimize creative processes and improve efficiency.
Participation in pitching and sales conversations will be required, providing design and technical expertise to projects and proposals.
You will encourage continuous learning through team learning sessions, knowledge sharing, and leveraging cutting-edge tools, including AI-powered workflows.
Staying updated on industry trends in digital design, accessibility, and UX/UI best practices will be essential to enhance project execution.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer is required, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design.
Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and other industry-standard platforms is necessary.
A solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is essential to ensure seamless collaboration with development teams.
Expertise in building and maintaining scalable design systems and conducting UX/UI audits to evaluate accessibility, responsiveness, and user journeys is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, capable of articulating creative strategies and providing constructive feedback to customers and internal teams.
Proven ability to define and implement processes that ensure the highest quality project output while educating customers on UX/UI methodologies is essential.
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins, generative design tools) to enhance project efficiency and workflows is required.
Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or other development processes is essential for supporting these processes with customers.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering user-centered design solutions is necessary.
