Talentus is seeking a UI/UX Developer to join their dynamic team in Costa Rica.
The company has a strong presence in LATAM and operates in 20 countries worldwide, offering various BPO services.
The role involves designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, along with DevOps practices.
Responsibilities include creating high-quality UI designs, developing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
The candidate will conduct user research and usability testing, develop user personas and journeys, and analyze user behavior to enhance the user experience.
Collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders is essential to translate requirements into design solutions.
The developer will optimize applications for speed and scalability, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and maintain existing UI designs.
DevOps responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring development environments, and automating deployment processes.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer with DevOps experience or in a similar role is necessary.
A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and development work is essential.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar is required.
Experience with front-end development frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is needed.
A solid understanding of responsive design, web standards, and accessibility principles is required.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, is necessary.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is required.
English proficiency at C1 level or above is mandatory.

The position operates under a contractor model and is 100% remote.
Salary is offered in USD.
