Remote UI/UX Developer (HubSpot CMS) - PH

Description:

• We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Developer with expertise in HubSpot CMS to design and build seamless digital experiences.
• You will be responsible for creating engaging website designs and implementing them using HubSpot CMS, HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• This role combines creative design, UX principles, and technical development to enhance user experience throughout our marketing and sales funnel.
• Key responsibilities include designing and developing responsive, conversion-optimized landing pages, websites, and email templates within HubSpot CMS.
• You will customize themes and modules using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and implement interactive UI elements to improve user experience.
• The role also involves optimizing website speed, accessibility, and overall performance.
• You will develop custom HubSpot templates, modules, and themes, ensuring seamless integration of HubSpot pages with CRM workflows and lead capture forms.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to conduct A/B tests and improve conversion rates is essential.
• You will maintain consistency in branding and design across all HubSpot assets and work closely with marketing and sales teams to align website and campaign assets with business goals.
• Analyzing user behavior, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify UX improvements is part of the job.
• Staying updated on HubSpot CMS updates, best practices, and current UI/UX trends is crucial.
• Troubleshooting website bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX development, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot CMS, HubL, and custom module development is required.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) or back-end integrations (APIs, CRM data syncing) is necessary.
• Familiarity with the HubSpot API and custom integrations is essential.
• You must have experience with email template coding using HubSpot Email Drag-and-Drop Editor or MJML.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (SCSS/Tailwind), and JavaScript (experience with jQuery; familiarity with React is a plus) is required.
• You should be able to design intuitive, user-friendly, mobile-responsive interfaces.
• Experience with wireframing and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is necessary.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user behavior analytics is important.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for website performance is required.
• You must have a Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+, with a minimum of 256GB storage space, 8GB RAM, and a Dual Core CPU.
• An HD Webcam (720p) and a noise-canceling headset are preferred, along with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps.

Benefits:

• The position offers a base salary range of 80,000 - 100,000 Php per month, based on experience.
• It is a full-time remote position with a day shift in the Sydney, Australian time zone.
