Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of front-end development experience, including 2+ years with Salesforce LWC and Experience Cloud.

A working knowledge of Java, especially for interfacing with APIs and legacy logic, is necessary.
Experience working with Agile teams, story grooming, and rapid iteration cycles is essential.
Candidates should have experience in federal consulting, preferably supporting Homeland Security or Civilian programs.
Required certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Associate, with a UX Design Certification (NN/g, CXS, or equivalent) being a nice to have.
Familiarity with Pulsar or other offline-first design principles, experience with MuleSoft API responses and embedded Tableau visualizations, and exposure to Figma, Adobe XD, or design systems used in low-code environments are preferred.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Benefits:
Kentro offers a competitive benefits package that includes paid time off, healthcare benefits, supplemental benefits, and a 401k with employer match.
Employees are eligible for education reimbursement for certifications, degrees, or professional development, with amounts fluctuating due to IRS limitations.
The company fosters a culture of continuous professional development and supports employees' curiosity and growth.
Kentro incorporates fun into the workplace with dedicated funds for activities such as happy hours, holiday events, fitness and wellness events, and annual celebrations.
The company is committed to community engagement, hosting and attending charity galas/events.
