Description:

Intersog is seeking a talented UI/UX Engineer to join their dynamic team in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The role involves creating user-centric designs and ensuring an excellent user experience across various platforms.
The UI/UX Engineer will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs.
Responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing to ensure that products meet user needs and expectations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong preference for a senior-level candidate.
Demonstrated experience leading the design of complex technical applications is required.
Experience in life sciences, preferably laboratory automation, is essential, along with a solid understanding of user needs in this context.
Candidates should have experience building applications from the ground up, including setting design direction, conducting user research, and collaborating with engineers.
Proficiency in design prototyping tools is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with remote teams, as well as engage effectively with diverse user groups, including non-native English speakers.
Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and drive the design process forward.
