Remote UI/UX Engineer

Description:

• Intersog is seeking a talented UI/UX Engineer to join their dynamic team in Guadalajara, Mexico.
• The role involves creating user-centric designs and ensuring an excellent user experience across various platforms.
• The UI/UX Engineer will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs.
• Responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing to ensure that products meet user needs and expectations.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong preference for a senior-level candidate.
• Demonstrated experience leading the design of complex technical applications is required.
• Experience in life sciences, preferably laboratory automation, is essential, along with a solid understanding of user needs in this context.
• Candidates should have experience building applications from the ground up, including setting design direction, conducting user research, and collaborating with engineers.
• Proficiency in design prototyping tools is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with remote teams, as well as engage effectively with diverse user groups, including non-native English speakers.
• Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and drive the design process forward.
