Description:

  • Develop and maintain thin and lightweight clients using C#/C++ within the Unreal Engine.
  • Support the entire game application lifecycle from concept to release and support.
  • Write clean and reusable code to produce fully functional game applications.
  • Gather specific requirements, suggest solutions, and develop new gameplay mechanics.
  • Research and recommend new mobile products, applications, and protocols.
  • Optimize game engine deployment for 3D games in terms of memory, frame rate, and performance.
  • Design and develop core tools in the pipeline and maintain optimized modules for virtual production.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to understand technical requirements and ensure quality through unit tests and validation procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of 3D engine development experience in the games industry.
  • 2+ years of experience developing optimized modules in C#/C++ within Unreal.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, 3D Math, linear algebra, vector math, and data structures.
  • Expertise in Unreal Engine, including GUI, asset bundles, and materials/shaders.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and networking concepts.
  • Up-to-date with gaming trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on App Store, Android market, or blockchain games.
  • Experience with networking, RPCs, APIs, etc.
