• Qualifications include 5+ years of professional experience, a degree in design or fine arts, proficiency in design tools like Figma, and knowledge of Agile product development and accessibility guidelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a consulting or agency setting.
• Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of human-centered design domains, Agile product development, and accessibility guidelines.
