The User Experience Lead will set the bar for UX vision and deliver exceptional user experiences and data visualizations to create customer value and drive business outcomes.
This role involves laying the foundation for a strong design system, building empathy with a rapidly growing user base, and creating strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ship user-centered products.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of simplifying complex UX problems and developing easy-to-use experiences that impact business growth.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of UX product design experience with a portfolio showcasing the impact of their work on the business.
Experience working on a small design team and being versatile in various roles is required.
In-depth work on both UX and UI is necessary.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work closely with partners across teams, particularly in engineering, are essential.
Candidates should be invested in their craft and have experience with data visualization and interaction design.
The ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior designers is required.
