Description:
ECP is a market-leading SaaS software solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents, used in over 8,000 communities worldwide.
The company is looking for an experienced UX Architect to join their Product team and make an impact at a fast-growing 80-person company.
The UX Architect will operate as an experienced individual contributor while helping to establish UX best practices in collaboration with the Product and Engineering department heads.
The role involves making the product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
The UX Architect will work on a set of products built in-house, which are in various stages within the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions, gathering and evaluating user requirements, conducting user research and interviews, solving UX problems, conducting usability testing, creating sitemaps and wireframes, developing information architecture, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and promoting user-centered design principles.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Proven work experience as a UX Architect or in a similar role is required.
Candidates should be knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
A portfolio of design projects is necessary to demonstrate experience.
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture is essential.
Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is required.
Strong communication skills and a team spirit are necessary for collaboration with various stakeholders.
Good time-management skills are essential for this role.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is preferred.
