The UX Front-end Engineer will work at the intersection of user experience design and front-end development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, user-centered interfaces and ensure a seamless interaction experience across products.
Responsibilities include collaborating with UI/UX designers, developing and maintaining React front-end architecture, applying UX principles, creating and maintaining design systems, building interactive prototypes, participating in usability testing, acting as a liaison between design and engineering teams, ensuring performance optimization, and providing clear documentation for UI components.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role such as UX Engineer, Front-End Engineer, or Interaction Designer is necessary.
Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js is essential.
A strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and design systems is required.
Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is needed.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and the ability to implement accessible interfaces is important.
Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and translate design vision into functional products are required.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is necessary.
Experience working in lean teams and developing in a dynamic environment is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in a diverse environment where everyone's ideas are valued are important.
