Remote UX Research Lead

Description:

• Feeld is seeking a UX Research Lead to establish and lead the UX Research discipline within the organization.
• The role involves ensuring that user insights are integrated into all aspects of the business strategy and product design decisions.
• Responsibilities include hiring and managing a distributed research team, collaborating with product and design leadership, and advocating for the importance of user research within the organization.
• The UX Research Lead will design and execute research projects to identify member needs, pain points, and behaviors to drive product innovation.
• Monitoring and supporting the product's key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and quarterly basis is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years experience as a User Research Lead/Head of Research in a fast-paced app environment.
• Proficiency in conducting various research methodologies and coaching others in the same.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex research findings at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in remote and asynchronous work settings, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive work ethic.
• Experience in establishing an insights-led culture that informs growth and product initiatives across the organization.
