Description:
- Employment Hero is seeking a UX Research Lead to join their team on a mission to simplify employment for SMBs worldwide.
- The UX Research Lead will work with Product and UX teams to drive user-centric innovation by leading a talented UX research team.
- Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and inspiring the team, conducting and overseeing research projects, scaling and optimizing research operations, building cross-functional relationships, advocating for research practices, and integrating research into product development and strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring UX research teams.
- Strong background in conducting various research projects, including problem validation and strategic research.
- Ability to foster a collaborative team culture and support professional growth.
- Experience in scaling and optimizing research operations with knowledge of best practices.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and advocacy for research practices.
- Proficiency in diverse research methods and tools, defining research budgets, and reporting on metrics.
