Requirements:

The candidate must have extensive experience in user research and usability testing.
Proficiency in various UX research techniques such as Cardsorting, Tree testing, and First Click is required.
Experience with survey and UX research tools like Optimal Workshop, Maze, Medallia, and Qualtrics is necessary.
The candidate should have experience working with quantitative satisfaction monitoring and an understanding of business-oriented metrics.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to recognize changes in the environment are essential.
The candidate must demonstrate collaboration, effective communication, innovation, adaptability, service orientation, creativity, and a keen sense of aesthetics.
