Remote VMware/Wintel Engineer

Description:

• The VMware/Wintel Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing VMware infrastructure and Wintel server environments.
• The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to VMWare Horizon, BML scripting, and Terraform.
• The engineer will collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations of the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies is essential, and the engineer will recommend improvements to the existing infrastructure.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have proficiency in VMWare Horizon, demonstrating a deep understanding of its setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• A strong background in BML scripting is required, with the ability to write, debug, and optimize scripts.
• Experience in using Terraform for infrastructure as code is necessary, including writing, testing, and maintaining Terraform scripts.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Certifications in VMware and Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.
