Description:
The Lead UI Developer will design and implement essential utilities and functionalities within applications, focusing on metadata-driven UI frameworks for the AI era.
Responsibilities include managing the development process, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for efficient and high-performance UI components.
The role involves providing technical solutions, operational guidance, and contributing to product enhancement while supporting the Chief Architect.
Collaboration with product managers, lead architects, UX designers, and other developers to implement scalable features within agile environments.
Requirements:
Ability to envision and construct metadata-driven UI frameworks to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
Enthusiasm for pioneering new ideas and fostering continuous learning culture.
Strong skills in articulating, documenting, and presenting ideas within the engineering organization.
5+ years of software development experience in Agile environments building SaaS products for B2B, with at least 2 years in a lead position.
3+ years of experience in Vue.js development and building Vue applications using Nuxt 3 or other SSR frameworks.
Proficiency in standard web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, GraphQL, REST API, and JSON.
Familiarity with automated JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest.
Experience in utilizing AI for development and quality assurance optimization.
Extensive experience in UI design and development for large-scale applications.
Understanding of front-end security best practices and principles.
Proven experience in collaborating on scalable backend development, including microservices and GraphQL/REST APIs.
Experience in developing full-stack solutions on public cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
Additional skills include certifications or training in Vue.js or frontend development and expertise in modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
