Description:
We are building a domain-specific Large Language Model (LLM) with a deep understanding of Frontend Web Development and Web Accessibility (WCAG, ARIA, etc.).
We are hiring a Web Accessibility Expert who can create high-quality training content in the form of structured prompt-response pairs, code examples, explanations, and annotation guidelines.
This role is not a typical engineering position; instead, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and content creator.
Your output will directly shape how the AI understands accessibility, user experience, and inclusive interface design.
Responsibilities include writing short- and long-form answers, including code snippets, to simulate expert-level LLM responses.
You will provide annotated examples of accessible and inaccessible web components, explaining reasoning and impact.
You will define edge cases, common pitfalls, and best practices for HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA usage.
Collaboration with engineering teams and QA reviewers is essential to ensure consistency and alignment with LLM goals.
You will help design synthetic data tasks to simulate accessibility audits, design reviews, or bug explanations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development with deep expertise in web accessibility (WCAG 2.1+, ARIA, assistive tech support) is required.
You must have a strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly, as if teaching a junior developer or AI model.
Proven experience implementing accessible UI components using either vanilla JS, Angular, React, Vue, or similar frameworks is necessary.
Knowledge of accessibility tools and testing, such as axe-core, Lighthouse, and screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, etc.), is required.
Fluent written English is essential, with the ability to write clear, accurate, and structured technical content.
Benefits:
You will be part of an advanced project in AI and accessibility with a global impact.
You will help shape how future AI models understand inclusive design.
The position offers flexible remote work in a friendly environment.
Competitive compensation is provided, with possible extensions.
