Remote Web Designer & Developer (6 months contract)

Description:

• As a Web Designer & Developer at SmartAttrax, you will be responsible for designing, building, managing issues, and delivering career site systems for the client base.
• You will work within a Managed Services team to ensure exceptional technical solutions and service delivery.
• Responsibilities include designing websites, user interfaces, logos, and graphics within brand guidelines, resolving client issues, providing frontend support, and making improvements to live client site systems.
• You will also work on standalone frontend projects and collaborate with the team throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in advanced CSS/SASS/SCSS and JavaScript/TypeScript techniques.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design, UI/UX principles, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
• Proficiency in HTML5, jQuery, and fluent communication in English.
• Desirable skills include experience with BEM naming conventions, Adobe XD/Figma, front-end JS frameworks, design best practices, accessibility guidelines, and Git.
• Previous experience in agile development, troubleshooting, and using IDEs like Visual Studio or Rider.
