Our client is a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency seeking a skilled and motivated developer to join their remote team.
The role involves launching and configuring new websites, ensuring smooth deployment, and managing website hosting, security, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving backend issues related to code, plugins, and integrations, as well as maintaining and optimizing databases for performance and reliability.
The developer will configure and manage website servers, set up and manage DNS settings, SSL certificates, and domain configurations, and monitor server health.
The position requires creating and maintaining Zapier connections between websites, CRMs, and third-party applications, while troubleshooting and optimizing automation workflows.
Providing technical support for website-related issues and maintaining documentation for processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

Strong experience with WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, and troubleshooting is required.
Knowledge of Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms is preferred but not required.
The candidate must be able to work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for debugging and customization.
Experience with cPanel, Plesk, Cloudflare, and web hosting services is necessary for server and hosting management.
Knowledge of Linux server administration and command-line basics is required.
Understanding of DNS, domain transfers, and SSL certificates is essential.
Strong proficiency with Zapier and other automation tools is required, along with experience in API integrations between websites, CRMs, and marketing tools.
Familiarity with webhooks and data transfer methods is necessary.
The candidate should have experience identifying and resolving WordPress plugin conflicts and proficiency in debugging JavaScript, PHP, and API connection issues.
Ability to troubleshoot CRM integrations and marketing automation is also required.

The developer will have a direct relationship with the client, allowing for independent communication and service provision.
All payments for services will be handled directly by the client, with the developer receiving their salary directly without involvement from Elevate and Delegate.
While there may be recommendations regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision will be at the client's discretion, requiring alignment with the client's business needs.
The position offers a salary range of $10 - $16 per hour.
The expected schedule is 20 hours a week.
