Description:

• Enhance the CMS platform (FirstSpirit) through continuous development of new modules and templates.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to web code for visual elements on the company website.
• Improve UI/UX, functionality, speed, and scalability across the web ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute website projects and enhance commercial marketing vision.
• Communicate with global marketing teams using remote-first communication tools like Slack, Zoom, Asana, and Confluence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience building high traffic, enterprise-level websites.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of agile web development, Jira, CDNs, and martech integrations.
• Experience with CMS best practices, responsive design, and technical SEO.
• Understanding of web fundamentals, accessibility standards, and global data privacy regulations.
• Ability to translate design files into functional components and work with analytics frameworks.
• Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: Experience with Crownpeak/FirstSpirit CMS, Wordpress, Salesforce Pardot, Google Solutions, and OneTrust Cookie Consent platform.
