• The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in WordPress, including the development of customized themes and plugins, along with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with page builders like Bricks Builder or Divi Builder is advantageous, and strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation are essential.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and portfolio.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with WordPress (PHP), HTML5, CSS, and Javascript.
• References: 2-3 strong references validating performance.
• Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and AJAX.
  • Experience in theme and template development, plugin development, and new feature implementation.
  • Ability to convert Figma designs into WordPress templates.
  • Capability to set up production servers and migrate websites.
  • Stay updated on the latest web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Web Accessibility Standards (minimum WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Additional Skills:
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and agile development.
  • Front-end UI/UX experience and creating mobile-responsive UIs.
  • Knowledge of version control (e.g., GitHub) and Pantheon hosting is a plus.
