Description:

  • We are seeking a proactive and versatile Web Developer to serve as the on-demand developer for Move Supply Chain and More Staffing.
  • The primary responsibility is to ensure our websites are continuously optimized—technically and visually—for performance, automation, marketing, and conversion.
  • This role includes proposing and implementing improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
  • This is a part-time (10 hours/week), project-based remote role with flexible hours.
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining and managing the WordPress websites for both brands, ensuring they remain functional, optimized, and aligned with business goals.
  • The developer will proactively suggest and implement improvements to site performance, design flow, navigation, and SEO.
  • Responsibilities also include building and updating landing pages, lead capture tools, and campaign-related content in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
  • Conducting QA testing and troubleshooting issues across devices and browsers is essential.
  • The developer will monitor analytics and user behavior to identify areas for optimization.
  • Managing tools, plugins, and integrations—especially HubSpot forms and automations—is required.
  • Maintaining fast load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and a smooth user experience is crucial.
  • Providing documentation and SOPs for website updates and tools used is also part of the role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with WordPress is required, and knowledge of Wix is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of HubSpot integrations, including forms and automations, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization, including load speed, SEO, and responsiveness, is essential.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and tools like PageSpeed Insights is required.
  • Basic front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are necessary.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and QA abilities are required.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently and asynchronously are essential.
  • Experience using project/task management tools, with ClickUp preferred, is required.
