• The successful candidate will work closely with our remote team to ensure a smooth, visually appealing, and high-converting online presence.
• Responsibilities include maintaining and updating the existing website on BigCommerce, implementing design and content updates as needed, troubleshooting bugs, and ensuring website performance and security.
• The web developer will also optimize the site for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO, and collaborate with other remote team members as needed.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have proven experience working with BigCommerce.
• A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design is required.
• The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently is essential.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work on web development projects, especially BigCommerce-based sites, is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration.
