Description:

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Web Developer with ColdFusion experience to join their team in Arlington, VA, offering full-time remote work.
The role involves providing technical services to sustain automation solutions for a large federal agency, focusing on claims processing, data extraction, document generation, and business analytics.
Primary responsibilities include developing, upgrading, and maintaining complex web-based applications, integrating applications with back-end SQL databases and external APIs, and ensuring code efficiency, security, and user-friendliness.
The developer will perform testing for accuracy, collaborate with team members to improve application functionality, coordinate with the Database Administrator and Program Director, respond to application issues, write technical documentation, and complete special projects as requested.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing web applications using ColdFusion/CFML, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, and SQL.
Knowledge of WCAG / Section 508 web accessibility guidelines is necessary.
Demonstrated ability to create clean and usable user interfaces is required.
Familiarity with IDEs such as VSCode or Dreamweaver is preferred.
Experience with SQL queries, views, and stored procedures is essential.
Candidates should have experience building and consuming web APIs using XML and JSON.
The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance is required.
