Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in web development.
Proficiency in HTML, template languages (HubL), JavaScript, CSS, and TailwindCSS is required.
Experience working on large company websites at scale is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with enterprise-level CMSs such as HubSpot CMS and WordPress.
Familiarity with source control (Git) is essential.
A strong understanding of browser compatibility issues is required.
Experience in creating responsive, SEO-friendly websites is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to translate non-technical requests into actionable technical solutions.
Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools is preferred.
Candidates must be able to work independently, remotely, and effectively in a North American time zone.
