Description:

  • token.com is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer for a contract position, working remotely 5 days a week.
  • The Web Developer will focus on optimizing the website to enhance user experiences, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates.
  • Applicants worldwide are welcome as long as they are within GMT-2 and GMT+2 time zones.
  • The interview process includes meetings with the People and Talent Coordinator, Head of Engineering, Marketing Ops Manager, and Senior Mobile Engineer.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-stack web development experience with expertise in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Proficiency in website performance optimization, including knowledge of loading time best practices and tools like Google PageSpeed Insights.
  • Experience in maintaining websites and working with CMS Platforms, preferably Storyblok.
  • Ability to integrate APIs for app initiatives and third-party services, ensuring website functionality enhancement.
  • Skilled in Cross Browser compatibility, security concerns prevention, responsive web design, and implementing designs from Figma.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, proactive problem-solving mindset, and continuous learning attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative team player, and commitment to a positive and inclusive team environment.
