Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining dynamic, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites, with a focus on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Webflow.
  • This role requires a strong technical foundation, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance the company’s digital presence.
  • Key responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying responsive websites and web applications that align with business goals.
  • The candidate will build and customize Shopify stores using Shopify Liquid, ensuring they meet client specifications and provide an excellent user experience.
  • They will ensure optimal performance, speed, and scalability across devices and browsers.
  • Regular maintenance, updates, and optimization of websites for functionality and SEO performance are required.
  • The role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Implementing APIs and third-party integrations to enhance website functionality is essential.
  • The candidate will work closely with designers to translate mockups, wireframes, and prototypes into functional websites.
  • Collaboration with marketing teams to implement tracking tools like Google Analytics and ensure campaign effectiveness is necessary.
  • Diagnosing and resolving website issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum user experience is part of the job.
  • Performing regular quality assurance tests to identify and fix bugs is required.
  • Staying current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to suggest and implement innovative features is expected.
  • The candidate will recommend enhancements to improve website performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed web projects is required.
  • Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP or Python is necessary.
  • Expertise in CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow is essential.
  • Experience building Shopify stores and knowledge of Shopify Liquid is required.
  • Experience with Webflow is highly preferred.
  • A strong understanding of SEO principles, web standards, and best practices is needed.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git and deployment workflows is important.
  • Experience integrating and managing APIs, payment gateways, and other third-party tools is required.
  • Preferred skills include knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with frontend libraries (e.g., React or Angular) and backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Laravel) is advantageous.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch to collaborate with designers is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) is beneficial.
  • Experience in optimizing website performance, including image compression, lazy loading, and caching techniques is a plus.
