The role of Web Developer involves developing web capabilities to allow customers to access their Tala accounts through a web browser.
Responsibilities include integration into the technical front end group, reducing incidents from lack of knowledge transfer, becoming a subject matter expert, contributing positively to peers, and increasing client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in web development.
A minimum of 3 published web applications is required.
Experience in web development and code modularization is necessary.
Candidates should have unit testing and integration testing experience.
Proficiency in using Gradle, Jira, Git, Github, and Jenkins is essential.
Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading change within an engineering organization are required.
